Raspberry Suite Color Challenge #13

Here is my card for Dawn's Color Challenge #13. I had a lot of fun with these colors I made about five cards! This was my favorite, it is short and sweet! The card is 4x4 (my favorite size) and I used papertrey's spring moss, berry sorbet, pure poppy and bazzill white. I used the Inkadinkado Birthday Cupcake Stamps (so cute). I finally bought a border punch today from fiskars and used it on this project! I had some scrap berry sorbet so I went ahead and attached it! What do you think? Sorry if the color is off, my camera isn't the best for these kinds of things! Thanks so much for stopping by, I enjoy finding new blogs and I hope you enjoyed looking around mine!

Raspberry Suite Color Challenge 12

Last night I decided to try the Raspberry Suite Color Challenge from Dawn! I had all the colors except for the dark red. I found a similar color in my American Crafts collection so hopefully that works. Also the only cream is the ink I used for the sentiment. This card was really a challenge for me. I had so many ideas running through my mind and I just had to use the star! (a little obsessed with them right now) Hope you enjoy and thanks for stopping by!

Supplies:

Papertrey Ink Cardstock, (raspberry fizz and spring moss) American Crafts, Dark Red (Earth Tones collection)

Ink: vintage cream and ripe avocado(Hopefully it was ok to use this color didn't have spring moss ink)

Stamp set: The Angel Company's Party Stamp Collection,

It's been a while!

Well, it's been a few days since I have posted! I have been a little busy with Ethan's party and then cleaning up after the party! lol Anyway I have a few things that I have been working on so I hope you enjoy!

I saw a cute little idea over at Chic n Scratch Live that I decided to change up a little bit! I love looking over there she has great ideas (even though I still don't own Stampin Up stuff). Instead of the rectangle coaster I used a 4 inch square coaster and made a post it note holder! She might even have a video for that! lol She does it all!

The second card is one of the many Thank Yous I have made for all of Ethan's gifts! The idea for this card came from Kristina Werner. It isn't an exact copy, but she has done something similar so I wanted to give her that credit! She to has amazing ideas!

Lastly, I have a gift bag that I added wrapping paper and a sentiment to and a simple little card with some paper piecing for my cousins Birthday this weekend! Hope you all have a great weekend and I may be back with a challenge, although this weekend is really busy so we will see!

Coaster:
4x4 chipboard coaster
4 1/8 x 4 1/8 patterned paper
adhesive
scissors
file to sand down edges
1 Binder Clip
1 post it note pad
- I used pattern paper by American Crafts for both the coaster and the Birthday Card

Be aware I have added a lot of cards! lol My sister and I worked a lot of hours while she was back! (we did a little shopping too!) I used an assortment of papers including, papertray ink, creative imaginations, and American Crafts! (hope I didn't leave any out) I used all TAC stamps and I just can't stop using the little dresses! The "beautiful girl" card is my favorite, I just love the rustic look.

Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge

I am really loving these sketch challenges! This is Karen's sketch I had so much fun making the following card! I think it is because I had time this evening to work as long as I wanted. (Ethan got tired really early for some reason, so I put him to bed and started working.) I just received my papertray order so I was very excited to use it! Needless to say this is made with all papertray ink paper.

MOJO Monday challenge 94

Hello everybody! I got to work on this challenge while my sister was back this past week. It was so much fun to trade ideas and stamps! So great to see my sister! I have a lot more cards to post later that I made! (my husband keeps asking me what I am going to do with them all!)

New Cards!

The cute little red, gold and blue cards were made for my sisters graduation party coming up this weekend! They are 4x4 and I used a lot of distressing to make the cards look a little more antiquey! I used the same colors for the second card and experimented with paper torn flowers. I still need a lot of work but I really like them! Hope you enjoy!

Raspberry Suite Color Challenge #11

My sister and I got together while she was back and made a couple cards together! We decided to do Dawn's Color Challenge, which was so fun brainstorming together! I had a couple of the papertrey colors (Raspberry Fizz, pure poppy and true black) but the green and grey aren't a perfect match. My camera isn't the best but the grey has a little bit of a simmer to it, which I think kinda classes it up a little!

I used the TAC cupcake stamp set ( which I am obsessed with now) and cut AC Grey card stock to 8x4. I did a little ink distressing on the short & sweet sentiment and rounded the corners! Hope you enjoy!
